DELIVERY INFORMATION - FREE UK Mainland (1*)
At Forthill, we are extremely proud of the delivery services we can provide to YOU our customers.
All our large and bulky items are delivered to your home by a One Person Delivery Service (Drivers will require help unloading) and smaller items such as taps, cooker hoods, hobs and small furniture will be dispatched using a courier service such as but not limited to DHL, Business Post, TNT and Parcelforce.
(1*) We offer our Standard delivery service FREE OF CHARGE to customers making deliveries from within UK Mainland, although areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Counties further north than Aberdeen, all islands and Northern Ireland will incur a surcharge of £40 maximum per order.
Forthill Home’s One Person Delivery Service

· You will receive notice by email when your order is dispatched from our warehouse to our distribution centres warehouse.
· Our Delivery Customer Support Team will then call to arrange a delivery date and will offer a date for delivery between 9-5.
· On delivery, your order will be unloaded and delivered into your house, providing there is reasonable access for this to take place. All deliveries need to be inspected for any damage before accepting them and signing for them ensure you write damaged on the delivery note terms such as unchecked will be taken that goods are received in good order. If in doubt sign for the goods as damaged and if there is any damage please email us to notify us of the damage within 24 hours.
Courier Delivery Service (I.e DHL, Business Post, TNT and Parcelforce etc)
Small pieces of furniture, smaller orders and some home assembly items will be delivered by courier. You will receive an email on the day of DISPATCH from our Customer Support Team, advising you that delivery will take place the within the next few days. Courier deliveries will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you are unable to receive the delivery on the day allocated, the courier will leave an Attempted Delivery Notification, which will ask you to contact them to rearrange another delivery at your earliest convenience. All courier deliveries will require a signature from an adult when receiving the order, please check the goods for damage before accepting them and signing for them ensure you write damaged on the delivery note terms such as unchecked will be taken that goods are received in good order. If in doubt sign for the goods as damaged and if there is any damage please email us to notify us of the damage within 24 hours.

If your complete order contains items from various product ranges, the longest lead time will apply. Forthill Home can offer a part delivery option, where an additional delivery charge of £40 will be applied to each delivery.*
We can also deliver to Northern & Southern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles or the Channel Islands but the delivery charge will be higher than the normal delivery charge and may also not be via a Two Person Delivery Team, please CLICK HERE to ask for further information.
